立夏是夏季的第一個節氣,標志著自然界陽氣漸盛、萬物繁茂。此時氣候特點為氣溫升高、雨水增多、濕熱交織,人體易出現心火偏旺、脾胃虛弱、濕困體倦等問題,養生需注重清心火、健脾胃、祛濕濁。

山藥薏米芡實粥

山藥、生薏苡仁、芡實、粳米適量,熬煮成粥??杉由倭堪滋钦{味食用。

山藥益氣養陰、補益脾、肺、腎,健脾止瀉;薏苡仁健脾清肺、清熱利濕;芡實健脾補腎,止瀉、止遺、止帶。立夏后,濕熱重時,可適量食用此粥,以健脾胃祛濕熱,脾胃虛濕熱盛者尤宜。

山藥冬瓜排骨湯

山藥、冬瓜、排骨加蔥姜蒜、適量肉桂、胡椒、鹽燉煮,喝湯吃肉。功效健脾益氣,清暑化濕。

尤宜于夏季脾胃虛濕熱盛,便溏,小便短赤,甚至水腫者食用。

生脈飲

黨參3克、麥冬5克、五味子3克,開水沖泡,代茶飲用。每日3-5杯。
